![]() ![]() I guess the regeneration was set to an aggressive mode which probably made the car behave that way. One more thing that'll take getting used to is the rapid deceleration/braking feeling as soon as you take the foot off the pedal. All that torque is available the instant you depress the accelerator and the car surges ahead. ![]() The electric motor does make a bit of a noise when you press the accelerator, but its far from the petrol/diesel rumble we've gotten used to. Now that'll take some time to get used to. I asked the SA if it's on and he replied in the affirmative. I pressed the start/stop button and.no sound. The steering feels nice to hold and I liked the design. Interior quality is definitely a step up from the Hector. I was told that the India spec version will have all that the Hector has and more. The indicator stalks were on the wrong side and the touchscreen infotainment did not have the connected tech. The TD car available is the one that's imported from China. Managed to take it for a spin for around 25 mins and here are my observations: Told them I would prefer something longer than a U turn at the next red light and they were okay with the same.
